The Energyser and replacement components, including array coil sets, are suitable for both practitioner and home use and are available through Platinum Energy Systems (Canada) Inc. by contacting them directly at 1-877-225-3388.
The Energyser array coils are consumable components of the system. Although replacing the coils after 25 sessions is recommended, under certain circumstances, they may need to be replaced sooner and/or more frequently due to conditions outside of our control: over-salting or using the incorrect type of salt; an inadequate water level in the foot spa; excessive contaminants in the water supply.
All of the above can cause the coils to degrade faster and, in exceptional cases, break. There would be no damage to the Energyser in this event; however, the coils would then need to be replaced.
